Destination.

Our constructions are designed mostly for installment on the roofs of residential buildings for the means of telecommunication - DCS and GSM antennas mounting and radio links.

Construction Data

Mass constructions are designed and developer by ,,Helsico” company. Aluminum alloy 6005 was applied as a construction material. The characteristic features of our masts are:

  • lightweight - mass of the masts comes to 50kg-360kg depending on the type of mast;

  • rigidity - secured by the way of joining, no joining of wall segments on the same level, stiffening binding tower kerbs with the base ends is used;

  • facility of assembly - masts are assembled with the use of bolts, construction elements weigh not more than 10kg and their maximum length is 3.5m, installment lasts from 2 to 4 days, depending on the type of mast;

  • convenience of exploitation - anticorrosion protection and stay ropes maintenance is unnecessary;

  • selection of height - the used technology allows for production of masts from 3m to 20m high with 1m jump;

  • antennas supporting structures - they are assembled to tower kerbs in assembly nodes, the way they are assembled allows for any change of position with a 0,5m movement, such assembly system allows for any antennas configuration system without changing construction;

Production Technology

Technology of construction production has been developed by "HELSICO" on the basis of experiences resulting from the conditions of the installation.

  • transportation to the building site,

  • transportation to the installment place (roofs of buildings, staircases, towers and masts, etc.),

  • limitations concerning the possibility of using building equipment,

  • minimizing labor and labor costs by installment.

"HELSICO" constructions are made of light units assembled with the use of unified elements. Units are standardized and made on the basis of matrix. Welding the elements and their processing takes place with the use of facilities and devices ensuring their repeatability. After welding elements are seasoned in order to recreate the material structure. Joints are put with TIG method in an argon screen. As a filler metal attested SAF or ESAB wire is used.

ASSEMBLY TECHNOLOGY

All Helsico constructions are assembled with the use of bolts. All constructions are screwed together with stainless A4 and A2 bolts; bolts sizes: M10 and M8, wrenches 17mm and 13mm.
There is no need of using any devices or building equipment apart from a drill and some wrenches.

Tower HSW-T (Tripod)

Material: all construction is made of aluminum alloy Pa38 (AlMgSi 0.5).

Base size: 3380x2925mm.
Height: do 4m.
Production technology: welded with TIG method In argon shield.
Fix technology: the basis of Tower is hold by using the anchors fixed to the ballast.
Assembly technology: construction screwed together with stainless bolts M10x35.
Equipment: lightning conductor.
Total weight (without ballast): 50-90 kg.

Tower HSW-R (Rocket)

Material: all construction is made of aluminum alloy Pa38 (AlMgSi 0.5).
Base size: 6142x5319mm.
Height: 5.5m.
Production technology: welded with TIG method in argon shield.
Fix technology: the basis of Tower is hold by using the anchors fixed to the ballast.
Assembly technology: construction screwed together with stainless bolts M10x35. .
Equipment: antennas support construction ( amount and type depends of customer), lightning conductor. Total weight (without ballast) 110 kg.

Aluminum tower HSW50

Material: all construction is made of aluminum alloy 6005.
Tower contains flat modules, 3m long making the walls of grid construction about the section of the equilateral triangle with side 0.50m.
Base size: 6142x5319mm
Optional heights: 7-10mm (per 1m)
Production technology: welded with TIG method in argon shield.
Fix technology: the basis of Tower is hold by using the anchors fixed to the building ceiling.
Assembly technology: construction connected with bolts.
Equipment: antennas support construction ( amount and type depends of customer), lightning conductor.
Total weight
180 - 213kg.


Aluminium Tower HSW75

Material: all construction is made of aluminum alloy 6005.
Tower contains flat modules, 3m long making the walls of grid construction about the section of the equilateral triangle with side 0.75m.
Base size: 6142x5319mm
Optional heights : 11-15mm (per 1m)
Production technology: welded with TIG method in argon shield.
Fix technology: the basis of Tower is hold by using the anchors fixed to the building ceiling.
Assembly technology: construction connected with bolts.
Equipment: antennas support construction ( amount and type depends of customer), lightning conductor.
Total weight: 250 - 345kg.

Aluminium Tower HSW100

The Tower is designed for installment on buildings roofs or soil.

Material: all construction is made of aluminum alloy 6005.
Tower contains flat modules, 3m long making the walls of grid construction about the section of the equilateral triangle with side 1.00m.
Optional heights : 15-30mm (per 1m)

Stiff stiffeners or using three levels of line pull-offs – depends on tower core height.
Production technology: welded with TIG method in argon shield.
Fix technology: the basis of Tower is hold by using the anchors fixed to the building ceiling.
Assembly technology: construction connected with bolts.
Equipment: antennas support construction ( amount and type depends of customer), lightning conductor.
Total weight: 350 – 800kg.
